Every order ships from Hamburg with DHL and a tracking number. All prices include VAT.

Delivery times are estimates based on DHL transit times. They can change through customs clearance, peak season or events outside our control, and are not a guaranteed delivery date.

Dispatch

We dispatch within 1 to 2 working days. You get your tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is on its way.

Customs and import charges

EU: no customs duties and no import VAT.
Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, Liechtenstein and other European countries outside the EU: customs and import VAT are charged on delivery and paid by you.
USA and rest of world: customs and import duties are charged on delivery and paid by you. There is no duty free allowance.
Åland belongs to the Finnish postal area but sits outside the EU VAT territory. Import VAT is charged on delivery.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to send your order back. No reason needed. The binding legal terms are set out in full in our right of withdrawal.

Condition

Try everything on, exactly as you would in a store. Please send the pieces back unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in the original packaging. If an item comes back with signs of use that go beyond trying it on, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

How to return

Reply to your order confirmation or write to retour@gymraver.com with your order number and the items you are sending back.
You get your DHL return label and QR code by email, usually within one working day.
Pack the items, add the delivery note, drop the parcel at any DHL point and keep the receipt.

Return shipping costs

One flat rate per return, depending on the country you send from. The amount is offset against your refund.

For the USA and all other countries not listed we cannot issue a return label. You can still return within 14 days, you organise the shipment yourself and carry the cost. Refunds

We process returns within 2 to 3 working days of arrival. Your refund goes back to the payment method you used, minus the return label fee. Depending on your bank or payment provider it takes another 1 to 3 working days to show up.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Write to support@gymraver.com with your order number and a photo. We look into it and get back to you as quickly as possible with a solution. Your statutory warranty rights are not affected by anything on this page.
